My uncle has been arrested and is currently in judicial custody. Our family has tried several times to meet him at the jail, but the police and jail authorities are not permitting any visitation or communication. We are concerned about his well-being and want to understand our legal rights to meet a family member in jail. What can we do in this situation — should we approach the court for permission, file an application through a lawyer, or contact any human rights authority? Go & talk to the jail superintendent ask about all these if he is not permitted then go before court to get order for this
