With over three years of experience as a Junior Advocate at Jadhav Associates, Pune, she gained extensive exposure to criminal defense, appeals, criminal procedure, civil disputes, and family law matters. During her tenure, she assisted clients in navigating complex legal challenges while developing strong advocacy, drafting, and litigation skills.

In March 2025, Advocate Shweta founded SP Legal Solutions, a legal practice focused on delivering professional and client-centric legal services. As Founder and Principal Legal Consultant, she provides strategic legal advice, handles legal documentation, and represents clients across criminal, civil, family, and corporate law matters. Her approach combines legal expertise, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.

Beyond her professional achievements, she has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills throughout her academic journey. She was awarded First Prize in her college's Internal Debate Competition and actively contributed as a Student Cell Member, representing student interests and facilitating effective communication between students and the administration.
